Do I have to order in groups of 6 note cards? TOP
No. The minimum order for each design is 6 note cards.
Beyond that, you can order in any quantity.
What if I don't see what I am looking for? TOP
You can request samples under the "Special Orders" tab.
Just fill in the information and we will email up to 3 samples to you.
There is a $5 fee for samples but that will be applied to
your balance if you place an order for one of the samples.
How long will it take to get my order? TOP
Generally orders are filled within 10 business days.
Please allow more time during holidays.
If you need your order sooner than that, please
let us know and we will do our best to get it to you asap.
Do the cards come with envelopes? TOP
Yes. All note card and invitation orders come with envelopes.
You can order a return address be printed on the envelopes here. The cost is $.25 per envelope. The quantity of envelopes should match the quantity of note cards.
There will always be an extra envelope included with each design free of charge - just in case.
Can my order be sent as a gift? TOP
Yes. Please indicate that it is a gift in the "special instructions"
section on the shopping cart and a card will be included
with the note cards.
Is there printing on the inside of the note cards? TOP
No. All note cards are blank inside so that you can include your own personal message.
What are the dimensions of the note cards? TOP
The note cards (beside the square notes) fit inside an A2 envelope.
The note cards measure 5 1/2" by 4 1/4".
How will my order be shipped? TOP
All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service with confirmed delivery.
Are all orders charged shipping? TOP
Not every order is charged shipping. During checkout you will be asked to select your shipping method.
Standard Shipping for all custom orders = $5.00 flat fee.
Single Cards (ordered as is from in-stock) = $3.00 flat fee.
Gift Certificates that are emailed = no shipping charges.
Picking up your order instead of having it shipped = no shipping charges.
Can I pick up my order? TOP
Yes, you can pick up your order and avoid shipping charges. Please just select "Pickup Order" in the shipping options during checkout.
Do I have to pay shipping on emailed Gift Certificates? TOP
No. If you are having your gift certificate emailed to the recipient or to yourself, you can select "Gift Certificate" in the shipping box when checking out. You will not be charged shipping.
Do I have to use my entire gift certificate at one time? TOP
Yes. All gift cards will be brought to a zero balance when they are used so it is wise to use the entire amount.
Can I order single cards? TOP
Occasionally there will be single cards available. They can be found here.
They must be ordered as is and limited quantities are available.
Are there ever sales? TOP
Rarely. But you are in luck. Until March 31, 2011, you can get a 10% discount on all online orders by entering "ThankYou" into the discount code in the shopping cart when checking out.
